I finally got my hands on some Bell Plantation PB2 peanut butter powder. 🙌🙌 It only took a month. 😂 I had some issues with the mail here in Spain but now I know to have parcels delivered straight to the mail office and not to my door. 👌 I’ve been craving peanut butter but didn’t want to eat conventional ones because they’re loaded with oil and fat. (Also, peanut butter just isn’t a thing in Spain 😂) PB2 is oil free and much lower in calories, only 50 per 2 Tablespoons! 😱 And since it’s oil-free, it doesn’t hurt my stomach. I ordered a giant 16 oz. jar of it too, so it should last me a few months. 😬 Have you tried peanut butter powder? How do you like it?

    Almost forgot just how much I LOVE rawnola😌✨ REAL TALK: if you’ve been following me for a while, you might know that for over a year, I had either a smoothie bowl or nicecream for breakfast.
    Every. Single. Day.
    No matter the weather or what I felt like. Always raw, never cooked.
    At the time, I thought I was doing the best thing possible. I really LOVED starting my day with a huge bowl of ice cream during summer…in Winter not so much.
    But I still had to, even when I was shivering and blue afterwards. I became extremely anxious when I was running low on frozen bananas and even hid bananas in my room to make sure I would always have enough to have a raw breakfast🙄
    But the main point is, when I didn’t feel like a smoothie bowl and still forced myself to have one, even though the smoothie bowl itself was healthy, the ACT wasn’t.
    The only way to overcome unhealthy habits, rituals and fears is by challenging them and fighting them❤️
    At first it wasn’t easy. But nowadays, I eat what I FEEL like for breakfast.
    Right now, I love starting my day with porridge or overnight oats because of how cold it’s been here in Australia. I still love my smoothie bowls and usually have one most days, but this time because I WANT to.
    No matter how healthy a food is, a healthy mind always comes first💫
    P.S. I am in no way saying that oats are any less healthy than raw fruit, because they’re a real superfood in my opinion🙌🏼🌟
